    It's not standard mate far from it , wanting 400 plus bhp this year , currently at 251 , it's a big ol fat thing but does rip power wheelies great , what model r1 you got mate ? Cracking bikes the first model was scary on the throttle !!

    I got the last of the 20v engines the 5vy,mine has a few mods,but nothing crazy,i have never taken a bike up the strip so it will be interesting,just need to practice some pull aways.
    I had one of the first models,i used to ring its neck,but the bike i have now is so different,the gears are so long..
    Anyway i don't want to start modding the bike like i did the cars,i just want to enjoy riding it..

    I agree, the carbed R1's were pretty mad. Scary but fantastic fun!
