Surge on throttle lift off ??

Hi bought a v70 t5 few weeks back now , engine drives great etc , soo smooth , one thing that it does though that I can't work out , if accelerating then I lift of the accelerator it seems to surge forward for a tick before spooling down ?? Is this a trait of the car or is seething a miss ?? Cheers for any help Gary

It's a 99 on a t reg , I take it these are electronic throttle ?? It isn't causing a major prob , well none at all but I'm just ironing out some minor faults , all my warning lights seem to have a life of there own ? One day traction control abs ecu service etc etc all be in half hour later all go off ?? Had car on a diagnostic check showed no faults ?? Bit weird I think ? The car was stood up for 24 months , so going to be minor niggles but flew through the Mot with no advisorys wich is great !!
