Have changed everything even abs ecu with all matching numbers to now find it needs to be coded to my flipping car
Can this be done without killing it who can do this bar a main stealer

I changed my ABS ECU and it didn't need to be flashed??

In the time I have been repairing ABS ECUs over the last 7 years - I have not heard of the requirement to code the ABS ECU to your car, not for the C70 Coupe for your model year at least. The repair either works or it doesn't (resoldering the pins). Usually the fault will clear itself or you can clear via ODB2.

Have tried clearing using my snapon kit and comes back on after a few minutes
Changed rings, sensors the lot
Seriously loosing it with car now

What codes is it sending. If it is more than 1 corner then it is more likely a fault with the ECU & I would look to swap again just to be sure.

No communication with sensor if I remember rightly

Third ecu here so will try that first and have ordered full set of sensors too

Abs issue sorted
Left front sensor fecked even though was new in sept just gone so Volvo own part in place and all good for now

Only reason I didn't check said item was that they where changed recent
But that's what u get buying cheap copy parts
