Dolby stereo

I'm gonna be taking out my factory double din head unit and replacing it with a single din and gauges.
My car has the factory sat nav fitted, the screen being in place of the normal dash centre speaker.
Does that mean I don't have the Dolby stereo system or is the centre speaker nowt to do with that?
Just trying to get the right ISO lead of EBay for the plug and play on new head unit.

have a look under the drivers seat theres normally a power amp there might be the 901 headunit without full surround.

All sorted now, needed a seperate ISO loom for the amplifier and sound is superb.
Won't be selling the satnav John,
