just modified a bsp push-fit to a M10 thread, ready for fitting.
drills and tap bagged up ready to go...
just need to finish rebuilding the blast wheel I'm currently working on for silly money then it's off home to finish fitting chavboy's new toy lol.
19t, greens, 3" inlet, 3" downpipe with race cat, V70R catback, autotech map...

we'll that was easy... drilled and tapped the egr pipe, fitted the port with a liberal layer of ptfe tape, plumbed in the pipework and away she goes
it doesn't read negative pressure at all due to the fact there's no vacuum caused by the throttle butterfly... there's no throttle butterfly! but he's been getting close to 1.7 bar with the dti tuning box fitted which is a bit frightening lol

full respray..plenty of body mods..comets..ray cat back noise pipe..decat and wrapped downpipe..me7 exhaust manifold..3" throttle body with ported inlet manifold..blue injectors..adjustable fuel reg..reverse intercooler pipework..19t..open cone air filter..255 fuel pump..m-r-p short shift..boost gauge..unknown remap..adjustable suspension..lightweight crank pulley..n/a cams..stripped out interior..and a heavy right foot
strangely - no, it blows a lump of tar out the pipes from time to time but it's not smokey. made 177bhp and 341ft/lb on the rollers a while back and since then I've sorted a leaky injector and it's running really well.

Nice work, must be almost frightening seeing the boost gauge go so high but then diesels do run more boost than petrol engines anyway...
It's no wonder the intercoolers burst on those things!
