    Expansion tank cap

Just a quicky, is it the grey expansion tank cap that is known for being a bit rubbish or the green one? Only asking as my Tdi coolant pressure seems very high, even when cooled down completely. My thought is the cap is not releasing pressure as it should and it is a grey one, just need to know which to replace it with.

    Cheers

The grey one is supposedly rubbish, and should be replaced by a green one.

There is also a Black One!!!....which i had trouble with on a T5........seeing as your Diesel just replace with a Volvo Only recommended cap not an aftermarket one as you can have trouble!!

Which can be expensive if you ignore!
