Largest wheel & tyre combination to fit an 850

How big has anyone went? On standard arches, but I'm not adverse to rolling the lips.

    Guessing 18x8?

Previous experiences backed up with wheel and tyre dimensions plus offsets would be great

Here's a random nice looking 850 to get things started....

The size looks good! How is it for clearance? Need the arches rolled, or liners removed?
You think there's any room for the car to go any lower with them on?

How you gonna carry all that gear with a slammed motor on massive rims?! Lol

Seriously though, I wouldn't have thought you'd have much trouble with 18x8s, I'm sure either Frankie or Iancho ran 19s on S1 V70s.

My rear tyres were hitting the inside of the arches when going over bumps with a car full of people last month (plus tools and spare wheel) Got 18" pegs (think they're 8J) with 225/45 tyres on and the car is lowered. The fronts rub the inner wheelarch on full lock too.

Nice. And looking at mine now, it seems to have much more space than I originally thought.... especially at the rear. Tempting to get the liners out and arches rolled
