    engine info

    Im wondering if a engine out of a focus st wud fit into a 850? Or wud it need too much work?

    I believe the front engine mount is in a slightly different place , but you can bolt up a 850 one i think. Also you will have to tap the inlet cam for the rotor arm, and exhaust for the camshaft sensor. Block off the vvt too.

    Oil cooler is on the back of the sump to

    My mates just wrote his focus st off I was gonna get the engine out as its got low miles and its got the t5 block in?

    Easiest would be to use all the sensors and engine loom off an 850 t5, do a vvt delete on the head.

    EDIT: I have no idea if this is possible.
