    what do i need to run with my set up? 0.8 1.0 1.2 bar?

    A forge with a red spring for above 20psi or a cossie -31.
    I would entertain kingiwa or whatever they are called. Heard lots of bad reviews.

    Forge will bolt straight on, fantastic piece of engineering & will match the rest of your gear.
    Mine has a yellow spring & the difference between my oe was unreal. Made me realise how worn it was.

    -31 off a cossie , or a uprated 1 off a t28 200sx turbo , that's what I had on the t5r and it held 20psi

    Ask t5pete. It's only the actuators that I've heard bad things about.
    Yellow is 9 spool up 17 peak but I peak at 14 as my clutch says so.
