That wheel looks mint! You'd pay that easy for some chavvy pos with missile buttons!
Gotta say I wasn't a fan of the wood

Who's the company that does them? I'm after getting a (name escapes me) wheel refurbed in alcantara.

Royal Steering Wheels is the company. The guy who does them is called Jack, really helpful guy to deal with.

Tims been busy, still sending me pics, but I've been lazy updating, so here's a bit more.

New rubber!

New boss welded in the Ferrita downpipe, to put the lambda sensor in the stock location

ECU box removed

After a clay bar and a polish

WI wiring going in

WI controller fitted

Done!

Don't really see what's wrong with the old one!!!!!

The steam generator!

New P1 ME7 airbox lid

Modified, and 90mm Maf housing expertly installed!

Rad pack going together - New radiator, new air con condensor, Blackbeast Intercooler

WI tank. Same as the S60, fits in the wheel well underneath the spare wheel.

Wheel well need a dogout first!!

The calipers are now with Tim, so he can crack on and get the front brakes one now.

I've finally had an email from Viva to say that the Carbon Fibre Works gauge pod is now on it's way!

Tims had a new Maf to turbo pipe made up, the GWE one I had was no good.

Door handles to fit.

Fueling to sort out on the map, and were pretty much done!

It was about £60 odd IIRC

The rear brakes are done, airbox, MAF and MAF to turbo. It's currently running Redbrick's map just to check the fueling with the new maf housing. Fine tuning the map will happen when the weather picks up for poor old Timmy!

One issue that showed was a loss of fuel pressure at higher RPM. Turned out to be a split in the fuel pump outlet hose. As demonstrated by my lovely assistant:

Also, I've had a good bit of luck for a change! The AP calipers I bought from eGay and had refurbished have turned out to be a fairly rare beast it would seem. Enabling me to run a 330x32mm disc. Which according to Tim should pretty much give me the ultimate brakes I could have. I believe the off the shelf AP kits come with a 325x28mm disc.

A pair of 330x32mm discs with curved grooves, AP Racing bell mounting bolts & DS2500's ordered.

It's getting there mate! Should be back home within the next 2 weeks, provided all goes well sorting bells and brackets for the front brakes.

Then it'll just be a load of cosmetics. And the stereo
