    with a/c is in the top heater hose going to the bulkjhead within the engine bar.
    without a/c it is in a horseshoe shaper holder in the heater unit behind the dash.

    I cant get the non a/c ones for a RHD car......

    strange one that. Could be just down to the engine warming right up on tickover and passing a bit more heat through to the matrix.

    Does the air get just warm or hot when it's stood ticking over? If you stick the air flow on max and the heat on max, does the air start to cool off or maintain hot temperature?

    If it doesn't maintain hot temperature then worth a look at that valve or whatever mechanism is between the heater control knob & that valve. Something is restricting flow I think

    Just trying to come up with stuff!! Ignore if useless
