    Frankie's 740 project

    well ive wanted one of these for ages and they never come up for sale, i knew someone who had one but he wanted too much money for it, so i waited a few months then contacted him and we come to a deal we were both happy with my plan is to clean it up and hopefully make it look like this

    I had the 1989 B230FT estate version G reg in blue......about 189bhp and quite pokey.

    Had a Bleed Valve at 13psi with standard ECU but couldn`t get more than 20/22mpg and on 98ron.......very expensive to run nowadays!!!...but it did shift.

    Hmmm... I have a secret hankering for something in the 7/900 series but won't be doing much about it for some time yet.

    Will be watching this with interest...
