Ok so after fitting a v70r exhoust that was kindly donated to me I have finally got round to a decat pipe to replace the cat only to find it sounds exactly the bloodys same >:-( (altho it now goes like a b******) I thinking of either a pipe to replace the middle box or take the wodding out of the back box any ideas would be greatly appreciated

dont forget even if you take the wadding out itll be full of wadding. youd be better of fitting the standard exhaust again and taking out the silencers and adding one straight through silencer

Just take the front silencer out, and get Graeme to make you a pipe to replace it.

although mines a petrol not a diesel i originally put a straight pipe in place of the back box and the drone was awful. shame though as when ragging it it sounded mental. got it redone with smaller back box fitted and it's the best of both worlds now.

Strange how de-cats effect some cars more than others, when I had my t4 done it made virtually no difference to the exhaust noise.
