The difference is you're bhp figures ar definitely on the optimistic side, I don't have a whp figure only bhp, it's not as if anyone is close to me at the moment anyway.

The real answer is to get it tuned properly!
That's exactly it, more air in may not lean it off, as the MAF will read the extra air in, and add more fuel to compenasate, ideally the fuel map needs tweaking.

but if you take oblarks 324bhp and 300whp thats only a 7.5 % drag loss so which one of his results is right?

The whp figures on that dyno, were the exact opposite to the Maha!

Oblark actually quoted the corrected bhp figures which was wrong, he should have quoted the actual bhp figure

3in maf does lean the car out more air going through the hole at a given point.i think you power figuires are good considering you are running rich but with adjustment and a 3in maf I think you will see 300whp no probs .i bet a hoot to drive in the road though and that is what counts .and no I'm not going into the dyno argue ment again .i will see what happens in the summer when I take my 940 to 4 different type dynos and see what the figuires are then .also I will not touch my car after I have tuned it on hlm rollers and then 3 other dynos too .

Assuming it's running in the summer.

You have to use the corrected figures for the engine power and torque. There is no such thing as 'measured' flywheel power, its a calculation done by the dyno. The corrected power figure is the final calculation done by the dyno, and that is the valid figure.

You only have a corrected torque figure, and the graph displays the corrected engine power and torque, they are the relevant figures. The whp figure on this dyno are as useless as the ones on a maha, but the oppsoite. We've all been around long enough to know roughly what mods will produce what power, and the fhp figures seems reasonable to me. You can't possibly think that 310bhp (or even 324bhp, which isn't even the valid figure) is 300whp. Judges whp was almost identical to his flywheel power for gods sake!!!!

That's a good question. Although the answer is only valid if the car was driven semi sensibly. Unfortunately Frankie doesn't do sensibly

Running those afr's you'd expect it to be utterly pants on fuel.
