    Is the black tip on the end matt black or shiny from the factory

    yep its gloss and grey lol just doing mine solid black on the t5r as the t5r spoiler should be

    As above it's grey from the factory to match perfectly the grey around the rear lights and number plate recess area of the boot. Mine had been keyed before I bought it and I had it painted gloss back which I think looks better than the grey they're usually in

    Oh and grey can be shiney
