just wondering if anyone does any meets around nottingham or in the midlands, like to meet some new people and look at some different volvos.

We in the Midlands are pretty lazy on meets unless it's at Shakespeare Avon and they start in April again

Considering theres a few of us in the midlands we don't seem to have many, although we do go to few 1/4mile days when the season is running, anyone is welcome to come to those.

what is this "season" thing? why is the "season" based on shakespeare raceway opening? other places to go, things to do before the 4th month

What I mean is that the avon 1/4mile is kind of the midlands meet, pod aint in the midlands.

i think you'll find wellingborough is in the midlands mate, bit more than stratford i'd say

I class avon as being in the midlands because its so near to brum.

There once was an infamous meeting in the middle of Nottingham City Centre. We nearly got in trouble.

I'd be up for a midlands meet, I normally go to the shrewsbury meet as its not to far and its a decent drive where you can let the ponies out for a bit of a sprint on the way

just had a look and we are both pretty close wellingborough is 47 miles to the centre of england (fenny drayton nr nuneaton) and shakespeare raceway is 41.2

I forgot pod is only about 15mins further away for me, was thinking it was further south.
