I have volvo 850 t5r wat do ya recommed i do get more power its been chipped air filter exhaust ect but the engines done 250.000 is it worth it (sorry 4 the spelling)

I would look at shedding weight on the Volvo. A mate lost half a ton by chucking loads of stuff out. Engine wise it's standard T5r but flies the quarter at well under 14secs.

I say almost standard. It had Flywheel, massive air box with HKS Skyline filter, 3" throttle body and 70mm pipework(not RIP).
Weight loss included polycarbonate side window, no interior, nothing that wasn't needed including 2-3kg of wiring.
