    Engine service required

Gave it some stick getting up to speed for the A30, and lost boost and spat this tripe at me.
Couldn't get any power out of it, then the info went out and it was back to normal. Any ideas?

pull the dipstick, if the level is high and it smells of derv, then it's a leaky injector. egr would be a good, simple start tho.

For those that don't know, DERV stands for Diesel Engine Road Vehicle.

A while ago when there was talk of a fuel shortage Anne took the Golf into a petrol station, which was showing a sign saying 'No Derv' and was quite upset when she couldn't find any diesel lol
