    Lambda light on= restricted power

my lambda light come on again, it was on with the original ecu, when i put the mapped ecu in there was no stored lambda light on and the car was flying, then the lambda light come on and instantly the car was back to standard power, boosting to halfway into the white still fast but standard fast, i tried the standard ecu again and the lambda light was still on and boosted the same and drove the same as the mapped one did now, will i be able to use the bcs or will it have to be mbc to bypass the ecu's control to get the power back? is there a way of turning the lambda off? obviously i cant get it mapped again

it may well be overfuelling, but that wont throw a lambda light.
    you have a sensor issue

for example,I binned my carbon canistor some time ago, but if you unplug the valve that goes to the canistor, it throws up the light

even a boost leak can bring the light on

i don't care if the emissions are high, they are bound to be running big injectors at 3,8 bar, the car runs so smooth, no hesitation, bloody volvos

the cel light means the ecu isn't happy. Read the codes, fix the problem then it'll be happy

fix it properly. get codes read. even get live data if need be. no point having a remap if bypass the boost control. get it running right and youll get what you want out of it
