Reversing Sensors... from zero to four!

I won't say they work brilliantly, but they did stop my missus from reversing into a pillar yesterday, so for £15 for the kit, some paint and some time, that's a WIN!

    Plus they look acceptably unobtrusive.

They certainly look decent. Much cheaper than the £500 volvo charge.
    Thanks

    good work.

I fitted a set on mine last year. it didn't stop the wife reversing into a 8 week old Beemer.

Where did you get your kit from? Also, was it much of a job to remove the bumper?

    Cheers

I had a cheapo set on my S70 (had reverse camera too), an they worked perfectly, and lasted for years! Scary drilling holes in your bumper though!!

I've never had a car with reversing sensors, my Brother did on a BMW 3 series he had, turned up one day with a dent in his bumper, apparently you don't hear the 'beep beep' with the stereo turned right up lol.

Do they mute/dim the stereo - or is it not that clever?
