Its all fixed and moving........ Until next time!!

Since i have broken up for Christmas and there is only so much xbox you can play, i thought i'd better try and get the car fixed before the snow comes.... and the fact Smithy hounds me everyday asking is it done yet!!! (just a joke mate)

Replaced the snapped driveshaft and hoped that it hadnt caused any other damage.

I had a few issues fitting the new alternator and belt, kindly supplied by Gav, I removed the slam panel and rad etc as i was fitting my shiney new intercooler (PFV) and all hoses and pipes (PFV) I found a wire which was the fan live suply hanging down not fitted, which again as i have mentioned before James, Emlyn or Smithy forgot to attach when we did my gearbox conversion.. Thanks JT for pointing this out.

Fitted the intecooler WITH my aircon radiator attached (sorry Graham) and bolted it all up.

added my new super EVANS coolant (thanks claymore) Its got to be good, it has Evans in the title.

Moved my LPG injectors across so they look a bit neater in the bay

Somehow i have got to try and fill the gap that fitting the new intercooler has made..... Any ideas????

there you go all done, went for a quick test around the farm and all seemed well.. Reprogrammed my TT ECU as it a new unit, Now i just need to wash it.

    Sorry for boring you.

What's that old tractor doing there....

Move it so I can see the JCB

For the gap in the plastics, Andy or Jim mentioned using a strip of spare bonnet rubber (the bit that seals the scuttle panel to the bonnet, under the windscreen) and run it along the edge of the slam panel to tidy it up.

Yeah definitely series one, I suppose the 520 on the side gives it away, though not easy to see on my phone. I worked for JCB for 5 years.

Looking extremely well Neal. I've had a gap like that for years - never really bothered me. So when you going to get HLM to put it on the dyno? Be nice to see what difference the lower IATs have made.
