I'm not squeamish nor 'screamish' for that matter.

I agree it looks unpleasant but I suppose the alternative would be a lot worse.

i had no choice. the toe had died so there was no alternative but for it to be amputated. the damage to the rest of the toes is also very excessive. not so much broke but crushed in to many pieces. the tissue damage was so bad that the surgeon wouldnt go near them. 6 months on he might be willing to have a bash

If he's going to have a bash, I'd ask for a different surgeon.

tobe honest i think id prefer it was chopped off. my foot is going to end up like pedros car. attacked by a grinder lol. im prob better off with out the toes that are mangled. they give me more grief than they are worth and stop me form walking as i should which is giving me other issues that i was unaware of untill recently. lots of questions on wed

Back to the problem with the car....

Someone over on VOC has suggested the steering noises are dry steering bump stops, this would make perfect sense and an easy fix!
