head gasket/ oil cooler

going to view a 850 estate tomora. the guy says its got a blown head gasket or oil cooler as the water if full of sludge. his heater went cold so might be a block heater matrex but ill find out when i do a compression check. im 99% going to buy it. itll probobly never see the road again. for me it a develoment toy. if it is the head ill whip it off one weekend. guessing isnt realy a big job on these.

if its that badly sludged up robably just blocked flow through the matrix.

not so much board but wanting to develope more parts and perfect the down pipe and exhaust. with having a 850 i can make video clips pics of parts fitted to car and so one. if the head needs doing ill pm you for head gasket and bolts
