    Getting annoyed. . can someone help me please

    Getting annoyed with my 855 t5 auto getting what feela like a missfire

    I have changed:

    Oil
    Oil filter
    Fuel filter
    Sparks
    Spark leads
    Dizzy
    Rotor
    Coil pack
    Pcv
    Timing belt and all other bits
    Remapped ecu
    And still getting it

    Any ideas anyone before I throw the thing in the bin :/
    Back with a 1997 S70 T5 SE

    does it do it with the standard ecu in there, just to rule the new one out of the equation and is the mis-fire at random or at set revs ???

    Sorry yea should have added does it with unmapped and mapped ecu and happens only on full acceleration, when driving normally feels like the revs dip slightly and regularly

    Maf. Mine had a splutter & had everything replaced you have mate.
    It wasn't throwing up any codes to do with maf, but when it was on the diagnostics you could see the maf was reading slow.
    That's my suggestion anyway mate.

    so it feels like the power is surging as you go up though the rev range ??

    i'd say crank sensor also, my peugeot was doing the same thing the other day, put a code reader on it (a proper one) and it was crank sensor

    s60 2.4 t5 eibach springs,up rated rear anti roll bar, poly bushed wishbones, poly lower engine mount, fmic, bmc air filter, 3" decat, 2.5" stainless exhaust,hlm remap 328bhp,

    All sorted now put new crank and cam sensor on, took mbc off and running off the bcs with new silicone hoses its boosting really well with no fluctuations or anything
