    Cheers Graham I must have been reading the wrong bit. Anyway I was thinking along the lines of - if the core is thicker then probably the pressure drop will go down.

    on the latest version they increased the size on the lower outlet to the same as their rip kit.
    , thats why there is a hose attached in the photo.

    100% goes on that positive terminal on the starter solenoid

    Its the supply to the cooling fan, which James said doesn't work on your car?? now you know why.

    I would disconnect anything you did to get the fan running before connecting the grey wire up, just in case

    Well that would explain a lot. The fan hasn't worked since I did the gearbox conversion.... Another thing James/smithy/emlyn forgot to do!!!!

    We'll it's all back together, I ordered new silicone hoses and they arrived today(thanks PFV)so all being well it will be done Monday... But the grey wire has been reattached.
