Why would you only want to use the front engine? Surely if you only want to use one engine you'd go for some rear engine sideways fun.

Well, a bit of an apprehensive moment this morning, Trying to start the rear engine after all the wiring and fuel system changes, but there was no need to worry. So the engine is now running on the new fuel tank and pumps.

Nice one. I must be slightly infantile... I like seeing the fuel go through the little clear/red valve

I thought it looked like a good idea - easy to check if fuel is getting through

Pulled her out onto the drive so that I can work from both sides,

Rear compartment looks a bit better now that the mini tanks have gone.

So I've cleared all the rubbish out of the passenger side and put the seat in, but whilst doing it I disturbed the fuel pump relay which didn't have it's plastic cover and it shorted out which resulted in many burnt wires,

So, out with the fuel tank (takes about 10 minutes) and a bit of re wiring

Once that was done I put the tank back in and made sure she still runs

You realise the rear goes on the back of the car, not the bonnet, or is it there to hold the bonnet down when you forget to fix it down.

Today's update, firstly I finally got around to joining the front and read clutch pipes, bad news is as suspected the master cylinder doesn't have enough volume for both slaves, so some modifying will have to take place there, second, finally got an alternator belt on the rear engine, but it wouldn't charge, so took the alternator off the front engine and put that on, that wouldn't charge either, someone suggested that I should hold the revs at 2500rpm for a while for the alternator to kick in, and bingo a charging alternator
chucked the rear bumper on to check for fit, it's not far off

A bit of a silly update, but I looked out of the living room window last night to see the interior light on the T-10, this made me smile

I'm just an old git with a bad back and a dodgy hip, what some people can do in an hour, takes me all day, if I'd realized how knackered my body was, I probably wouldn't have started on this project
