Crankshaft sensor, camshaft sensor and coil all swapped over off the green bitch, so they're all ok, I just havn't wired up the ecu properly, I'm awaiting a facebook conversation with Adam (volvaxo),

Oh the joys of no spark spent quite some time on the gull sorting it out I have sone wiring diagrams I can send you unless pedro beats me to it also have a look in my thread they should be there have you made sure the ecu has power

Yep, it's pedro's wiring diagram I've been working off. Yep, ecu has power, I can here it click when I switch on.

If once you've swaped cam crank sensors etc and still not working my next step would be a continuity test on all the wires

even with a charge cooler, I would still need a radiator, and the last time I used one I couldn't get the temps low enough.

Well, I'm an idiot, after scratching my head I noticed that I had plugged the maf plug into the coil (who makes a car with two identical plugs next to each other), so a quick search of the donor car, and found the coil plug, wired it in and hey presto

They're both identical mate.

Fuel tank 1 bolted in, fuel pump and filter mounted and all plumbed in.





All the pipes were done after this picture.

Started on the exhaust, just waiting for the cat and silencer:

It's getting a bit crowded in there now....lol, today was intake day, Air filter mounted and a temporary intake pipe cobbled together:







And been sorting out the water pipes, 1 more joint needed for the bottom hose:



and a little more needed for the top hose:



The cat has arrived, so I just need the silencer so that I can finish the exhaust for the back engine:



Ohh, and Intermediate intercooler all modified

Water just needs 4 jubilee clips



And the exhaust just needs the silencer (arrived today)
