    This should answer your question
Get a ‘Q’ registration number as there is definite evidence of two cars being welded together,
You won’t be able to keep your vehicle’s original registration number if 1 of the following applies:
it has fewer than 8 points
it has a second-hand or altered chassis, monocoque bodyshell or frame
there’s evidence that 2 vehicles have been welded together to form 1 (ie ‘cut and shut’)

Your vehicle must pass the relevant type approval test to get a ‘Q’ prefix registration number.

I think it should be, I can only get 2 points for steering as it loses 5 for the body, 1 for engine, 2 for transmission, 2 for suspension, axles etc.

Plant-I confirmed as main sponsor again, the car will have full telematics, so it will be possible to log all data live and even let people go on line and see all the performance and location live.

You need a sponsor that makes a bonnet that stays shut.

Like the fuel tank, late classic mini injection by the look of it, you'll have very limited range, they are only something like 7 gallons ( might just get 5 runs up prescott...lol ) you'll be needing a jerry can with you, just in cast

It will have another mini tank on the other side, with a balance pipe between them.

Gonna be a lot of weight over the back end...

Although, it'll now be a 50/50 split so potentially, with the right castor and camber tweaks...

It wont necessarily stay like that as the tanks are also quite high, but it's a solution until I've got everything running, then I'll revisit the problem and probably have a custom tank made to fit between the bulkhead and engine.

Is the tank for the front engine still gonna be the saddle tank under the rear bench? ah... probably not lol.

Fuel cells in the rear footwell I suppose then.

Todays update, not much to see, the throttle is all working, the gear selection just needs 1 more bracket making. Monday will be playing with wires (not looking forward to that)

aren't you going to have to disconnect the gear lever mechanism for the rear engine to make sure it stays in neutral when only using the front engine
