    Looking good ,makes life so much easier when the wheels go on.
    Is the rack going to stay and just get locked off or could it get a bit of use later on ?.

    It's sitting like mine used to sit lol, hope it settles a bit when the engine goes in
    19t, greens, 3" inlet, 3" downpipe with race cat, V70R catback, autotech map...

    Rack won't be staying, it will be replaced by a solid bar and a new engine mount.

    So, Adam (Volvaxo) has started making my new Exhaust manifold, first thing a flange off Graeme Welch



    Then cut up some 4 cylinder manifolds:






    The Turbo will be on top of the manifold, so quite high up.

    And I thought I'd better order another Turbo, so that's another GT3076 on the way.

    getting the 5th tube in there looks like a bit of a job and a half !!!!

    Nah really not as hard as you would think......... we are going to just weld a pipe on so it look right, the gasses wont go through , but that will give colin something to think about lol
