Well, I feel like having a break from all the mechanicals, so it's time to start on the arches,

First, start off with a nice piece of glass:



lay out the cardboard templates to see if I can get them all on:



Followed by a couple of layers of fiberglass:



And if I'm fiber-glassing, that can mean only one thing



mark out ready to pull off the mirror in a couple of hours:

As has been said probably a thousand times. Yes there will be a bulkhead. (opps, that sounded a bit harsh, but I get asked about a bulkhead all the time)

Wing strip is straight and level, it looks wonky because the arch comes out so much.
