    are you making a hinged section for the fuel filler or does the fuel go elsewhere (I forget)

    Wouldn't a baffle in front of the filter work? Just to stop it getting soggy.

    i only really need the pipe from cat to silencer, i'm pretty handy with a welder if that piece is reasonable....
