    Sailed through an MOT, chuffed

ok so its not exactly an old car, and its beens well looked after but theres still something inside me feels all warm and fuzzy when one of my cars goes straight through its MOT.

i've had a much better MOT record since buying volvo's, the 850R passed 2 without a single advisory ( it needed new bits inbetween, but whose doesnt) and the new R passed without any either! Altho the tester's new purchase of a delorean had just been dropped off so he may have been a tad distracted.

Had a chuckle to myself when I watched the inspector trying to get some play out the rear bushes...Fat chance!!! LOL

I think he would need a 6ft long bar to get any movement with those black bushes fitted

As you say one less thing to have to think about, nice.

Mine passed today too, always hate the day. The examiner said how do you keep your cars so good. He has done my MK2 Jetta , Golf VR6, Bora . Mk3 Golf convertible in the last year all of these are two owner low mileage cars.Peter
