Thanked 4,171 Times in 2,943 PostsNope, the bosch unit is just a motor and gears and potentiometer, the car ECU does the processing. The Magneti Marelli has the microprocessor inside. Two completely different units.

You may not be able to polish a turd but you can sprinkle glitter on it
