When you say you still have the old exhaust from the S60 is that a standard or an after market one, if so are you looking to sell it?

if harvey hasnt got one i can sort you a system at a resonable price.

seen your stuff on here and like the look of it, I have a standard 2001 S60 T5 and have just patched up the rear box (which looks to be the original one piece system) but I think It will need replacing in the not too distant future. Would be interested in a price from you, thanks.

I did fit a TME cat back system to the S60 a while back,kept the volvo one like you do, now the TME system is going to be fitted to the V70 and the old one is going back onto the S60,sorry it's not up for sale the exhaust that is.

So where in south Devon are you.

I could get a bus then the underground, but there's still the small problem that Ashford in Kent is over 80 miles from home lol, can't see it being done before December either so it won't be done for when you come down as well.

On my V70R I am building a house exhaust line while 3 "with these elements:
K & N flat filter in original box
DP in 3"
Catalyst Sport 200 cel POWERSPRINT (Germany) in 3 "
Magnaflow resonator 3 "
Duplex Rear silencer with 2 MAGNAFLOW 3 "
I had my car on dynamometer before and after the changes.
I gained 21.2 hp on my car stock, not remap....

I advise you to take or make the DP 3 "and the rest should remain 2.5".
With this configuration you will gain torque and power while avoiding the resonance in the interior of your car.
Today I sold my duplex exhaust because he was too résonnace between 2200 and 3200 RPM.

I really want to change the exhaust on my 2.5t c70. Need bit more burble. Its standard with no mods. Any one got any vids of what their volvos sound like or recommend a good exhaust to go for. Looking at cat back. The standard Middle box looks like it weighs a tonne too. Dont want to go crazy. Just nice 5 cylinders burble and good looking tail pipe too.
