The rears are a lot shorter but cost more £37.95 + VAT each. Fronts were £22.50 + VAT each

I only changed them due the new bars being fitted wasn't to sure if the nuts would undo & they are going to have a harder life with the thicker bars.

    Nice car you have!
Earlier this month, while digging for some info for parts, came across that some original Volvo parts are made/supplied by ZF AG, which is the manufacturer for Lemforder, Boge and Sachs.
Here is their online part catalog:
    https://webcat.zf.com

SOLD - 2004 Volvo V70R GT/Titanium Gray/Gobi - 103000 Miles, Bilstein B6 Front, Resonator delete, do88 Intake, do88 Lower Intercooler pipe, Forge CBV with green spring, Grey Pierburg TCV, Viva Strut Bar Conversion Kit, 17'Pegasus, 235/45/17 Goodyear Eagle F1 AS3

The new anti roll bars are now painted a nice grey as the bright blue would just look wrong.
The bush saddles ,i have fitted grease nipples to them so will be easy to grease up twice a year as ipd recommend to do.

getting them fitted this Monday morning so will report back.

I used hd meyle drop links all round iirc £60, did you service the AOC and angle gear and rear diff yet?

AOC is a pita to do on a trolley jack

Me it's easy to do on a ramp. But I want to remove the pump to clean up the pick up filter, Then flush it out a bit before fitting the new filter / fluid.

Well the car is now on the ramp getting the anti roll bars fitted.i did mod the bush brackets so it's easy to grease them as ipd say remove them every 6 months to lube them up (Just as well they don't say every 6k miles ).

Fronts are red so nipple is at 11 o'clock to clear the bulkhead

Rears are blue only used angled nipple as I had to remove the threaded part that went through the bracket. on a in line nipple the spring is held in by the crimp on the end of the thread.

Also looking at the inside of the bush there are voids to hold the grease so this should help to stop the squeaking.

I'm told that the arb's are a worthwhile mod, I'd like to do them on mine someday.

Good idea to add grease nipples, smart thinking.

    Thank you sir..
The only thing I have to get is the green grease in a tube to fit a grease gun ,found a firm that sells it for £17 but they want £20 p&p so that's on my to get list , the guy fitting them says he's never seen grease as messy at this stuff except 5th wheel grease.

Harvey, let us know about how these sways will work out for you. The US SS forum highly recommend these as must have.
During weekend check, discovered the front ones are shot on my one. Unfortunately, I can't go with IPD or Elevate due to budget and time frame limit, so I had to order the 'stock' front sway bar from Skandix.de

Yes they do but only in the little tubes, I now need it to fit in a grease gun. No mad rush for it just yet.

Well just drove home with them fitted and the difference is like night and day ,the car handles so much better , much more precise ,more like a go cart.
The A road bit was just magic, motorway bit no change ,but I can feel the difference at low speeds on a rough road but that's it.
The guy that fitted them didn't even remove the wheels said it's quite a easy job 3 hours with a tea break half way through.

Grease nipples very easy to get too.

Also had fitted the subframe inserts at the same time, Rude not too.

Is this a simple replacement or does it require anything extra to be done?
We've replaced the shoes 3 wks ago, but came across this mod last week. I have the parts 17 & 18 already, just wondering about the how to.
