    turbo s60 t5

hi guys forgive me as am new to volvo but had lots of other turbo cars my
ride newly aquired last month has just failed mot on lower arms so no worries work booked in for that and the tester mentioned a leak from the turbo hose??
not bad but worth mentioning and further investigating? so my point is cause? split hose or worse seals failing?
its a high miler and unsure of history on the turbo
although car has full service history.
    any advice appreciated
    regards mitch

Replacing all the vac hoses is a good start, the tcv would be a good idea too.
Take all the big charge air pipes off and give them some close inspection.
