    Question EGR Blanked !!!!

    Hi everyone have a D5s60se sitting on my drive which ive had about 4yrs my gal haha its currently on a SORN awaiting cash to get some repairs done .ive been told it needs a new intercooler anyway decided to clean the egr which iwas advised to do took it off it had been blanked off, my question is that good or bad before I put it back on

    If it's not bringing up an engine management light then leave it blanked off, it'll run a lot better.

    I did mine & does seem to have more go, think it's gained a few mpg as well

    03 onwards & it'll throw a fault code

    Mines on a 03 plate ive had it 4yrs my mate had it 3yrs and he said he didnt do it , car being great uptil the I/t went.what would the fault code do ?
