Bad news about the rad but you've made the best choice re getting a replacement and skipping the radweld option

Oh just a note the airbox, the turbo labelling on the airbox was dropped on the 70 series cars so you have the correct lid

Is it not possible that the 4.4's all have 2 lambda's?

The munter is now taxed, tested and insured...fully road legal .
Just been to put some fuel in it and the radiator has not leaked a drop lol. Gonna watch this closely for a few days and see what happens.
ABS Ecu is now off and boxed up to go for refurb tomorrow, things to do list gradually getting smaller, good job as it a big feckin' list!
Anyone know what is the correct spec of anti freeze for the car? I like the lovely pink stuff as long as it is compatible and wont knack it up.

if your water pump mechanical seals are not designed to handle silicate-based coolants (usually the plain old ethylene glycol or propylene glycol coolants), EG Blue antifreeze, the silicates can destroy the water pump mechanical seals, leading to coolant leaks
