850R needed for Fifth Gear TV show filming

    Hi All

I'm writing from the TV show Fifth Gear which is now on discovery Channel.
We are filming a long running section of the show in which we look at various best buy examples of used cars.

We are looking to feature a Volvo 850R as a great used estate car to feature an episode.

We are filming the feature with Tiff Needell on the 19th September 2013 in Coventry, West Midlands.

Filming usually takes place from 8am until about 7pm and we would happily cover anyone expenses if they were interested in being involved? Please note we are only able to film the car, and rest assured its not a comparison, test or head to head. There will be no racing, ragging or driving the car hard, simply a variety of static shots and some driving on public roads - just like this -

If anyone is interested please get in touch, if you can also give me a rough indication of where you are based also this will help.

Please don't doubt that this is a genuine request, please check out this recent forum/post in which we did the same thing....

Many thanks for all your help

Why? Same sort of approach was made by classic car magazine which ended in me having my car featured
    Shame I haven't got a 850r, modified 850 t5r any good to you

That would be a shame, fingers crossed it doesn't.
These threads are dotted all over the net and usually provide a great discussions and a buzz. Genuinely we are in support of the 850R and would like to have one on the show. What better place to start than here...

    Hope someone can help

    Cheers

Don't get me wrong, it's great to see these cars get some publicity.

Neal's car is a stunning example by the way
