Now this is what I really like about the Volvo community, Like minded and friendly people who are a pleasure to be in company with!
So a few weeks ago I spotted quite a special and rare Volvo on my travels, I got in-touch with a friend who informed me the owner of the car a chap called Simon lived not too far away from me and was on the forums.
I sent a PM just admiring his car and got a reply very kindly inviting me to pop in to his house should I ever be in the area, So today I was on my way back from Newark and called in for a coffee, Some banter and to admire his very impressive collection!
He is a very nice chap indeed and will hopefully be coming along to some future meetings.
A few snaps and not very often you will see a collection like this together!
A snap of my 854T5-R with Simon's 855R which he has owned for 13 years and really is a very nice car indeed...
His other 855R and yes this one a White one, Note the Laser Blue V70R tucked away in the garage which is his winter car only!...
