As I get bored easy doing one job for too long that has near 20 year old rusty parts I started on the turbo, that I wish I had not lol

Anyway as that was a pain, back the drivers side, lower arm and coilover fitted

Then had trouble again with the track rod so started the exhaust again lol

Then thanks to Merc, got the Rica ECU, so just had to fit it lol

Got the track rod off and changed it with the tie bar, but found the rack is leaking so I ordered a recon rack... annoying!!!! lol
This aint the rack i found the rack was leaking after I fitted these parts

So that side was complete for now with the 302s also fitted

More to come in a sec

As I hate the rear wipers on these I bought a new Clio wiper arm, looks much much better!!

Nice prosport boost gauge arrived, going to get Oil pressure and Volts for the new pod:

    Walbro 255 pump

The pod where i want it, gotta fit it fully tho

Went mental one day and did the passenger side bits minus the track rod:

Then it was the moment of truth!

    More in a sec!

Fit lower engine tie bar polybushes
    Fit bulk head polybush
    Fit walbro pump
Fit Manifold and get new manifold gasket
    Fit Turbo
    Fit new exhaust
Sort new wheels when they arrive
Buy new oil & water lines for turbo
Fit new rack flush system and sort ARB bushes
    Sort S60 Seats out
    Timing Belt & Water Pump
Sparks, Leads, Dizzy & Rotor Arm
Braided Brake Lines and flush brake lines with new fluid
    Sort Drivers door check strap
    Flush gearbox with new oil
    Fit HIDs
Fit boost gauge and other gauges when arrive and sort the gauge pod

Looking bleedin awesome!!.. You've done things in completely the opposite order of what I did, you've done all the major mechanical stuff first, I did the looks first...What can I say, I'm shallow...and hardup.. Keep the updates coming...
