    Swirl marks

    Hi all anybody body got any gud tips on getting rid of fine swirl marks on dark paint tried 3000 wet n dry which has made it look loads better got some g3 in the shed was thinking mite be a bit over kill and make it worse there only noticable in direct sun light and bug the hell out me lol any tips would be brill

    have a look on the polishedbliss website. all you need to know is on there. g3 is a bit course.
    s60 2.4 t5 eibach springs,up rated rear anti roll bar, poly bushed wishbones, poly lower engine mount, fmic, bmc air filter, 3" decat, 2.5" stainless exhaust,hlm remap 328bhp,

    I just had my dads car polished as I didn't have time the bam went nuts with g3 and a rotary and has made a proper mess of the paint

    I used Megs Ultimate compound followed by their ultimate polish and ultimate wax and got very good results.

    Meguires Ultimate compound is my recommendation, just look how it brought this 20 year old Vauxhall Frontera up that I polished the other day.....

    Cheers lads for the tips got the megs ultimate polish think ill get sum fine compound ive wet sanded the whole roof tonight and it looks n feels loads better theres just a few very fine swirls left that are annoying me lol

    are you using a rotary or you doing it by hand

    By hand at the mo mate i do have a rotary in the cupboard some where lol

    youll never get rid of them of by hand. dig it out and do some research on what pads go with the polish you are using. its the only way to get the results your after
