In the past for small amounts I've used sand bags believe it or not. To tap the edge back without creasing the edge I used to use a small round flat sand bag. I have a trusty plenishing hammer I've ground over the years to achieve a perfect curve for my stroke. I fabricated aerospace parts for 3 years & worked with various metals of sheet form. I used to finish the arch off by putting the sand bag over the tyre & letting the jack down very gently. It spreads the force into the curvature of the arch but you really need to make sure you don't crease the metal so the shaping of the sandbag needs to apply pressure in the right place.
I'll probably stick some 5 mm spacers on the front & 25mm on the rear. We'll see how it pans out. The car needs painting but I was going to wait until next spring as winter is a bit rough around here. Lol

TBH I wouldn't go with 25mm on the rear unless the offset of the wheels you're getting is 10-15mm different to standard, as you'll put more load on the wheel bearings, which could cause them to fail.

That was a typo mate, sorry I meant 15mm. Lol mrs is away on her hen do, so the beers are out & feet are up!
I'd like it a bit wider on the rear if possible. The wheels are et40 so they'd be 25mm with the spacers. Obviously a 4 wheel alignment would be in order.

By the way, my bore is 65.1mm & the transit wheels are 63.4mm. Looks like I need a machine shop. This could get expensive.
