    T4 performance engine,exhaust parts ???

    Hey there. Anyone point me in direction of performance engine,downpipe, used or new parts please ???? Possibly start a rebuild on t4 engine. Thanks for ya time. Mike

    How about a cut down T5 manifold with a 16G turbo?
    There was a bloke on Facebook page 'Volvo Parts' selling a full exhaust.


    Current Garage:

    JT Tuning 3" downpipe & exhaust is a good option. Was really pleased with mine.

    wear about are you. im starting to do custom builds. and going mobile isnt a issue if i have somewear to work
    s60 2.4 t5 eibach springs,up rated rear anti roll bar, poly bushed wishbones, poly lower engine mount, fmic, bmc air filter, 3" decat, 2.5" stainless exhaust,hlm remap 328bhp,

    I can vouch for the JT tuning exhausts. Sound lovely, we'll made and help things along nicely.
    Intercooler, decent air filter and water methanol injection should give it a good boost.
    I understand remaps are tricky on these but luckily mine was already tuned by MTE.

    so who can help with this for a T4? a cut down T5 manifold with a 16G turbo?

    for internals, conrods/pistons/valves the early b4194t parts are the same as a t5.

    I think judgeninja has done similar thing with his car but he is running a 18t with a 3in exhaust housing and down pipe too .

    get a tubular. a 4-1 is much easier than a 5-1

    I have just entered another rally across Europe. Would like to take the T4. But for that I really need to fix the boost issues... I think its the turbo that's gone again.. need to do it properly this time.. Ideas and help much appreciated
