Can't let Merc do all the polishing!

Finally got round to claying and polishing the S60. Hard work, but the bodywork's like glass now, well worth the effort.

I finally had the windows tinted last week too. The only thing left on my list is to get the colour coded trim's repainted. They were painted before I bought the car, and they weren't rubbed down, so they're still textured, and in a couple of areas, starting to peel, so it was a pretty ££££e job, much like everything else the previous owner had done to the car!!

Also washed, and quick detailed the ATR, it's not long been polished.

Also had the windows tinted last week. And a new stereo. The Sony head unit that Mo fitted was OK, but the original speaker, are genuinely the worst I had ever heard from the factory! The 240 is better! So I bought a new Alpine head unit, all new JL Audio speakers (components in the front), and had my Alpine Mono Amp (800w RMS) and Vibe Space sub (3000w RMS!, tis a beast!), which is fitted in a tailored box.

To be honest....I wish I'd bought one rather than the spoiler that I've got fitted now. I just didn't discover them in time

    That's one seriously hot looking S60 R

Both look good, but the s60 just edges it ;-)

Both looking well there Chris, a credit to you. The S60 looks lovely with that boot lid fitted, finishes the look of the car off perfectly.

Which car did you end up taking to the Ring? Any pictures?

    Thanks Andy.

I took the S60 to the Ring for the first time. It was 100% spot on for the whole trip. Next year it'll be the ATR though!

I took loads of pics yeah. I just never got round to posting them up, I'll sort it out when I get time!

I know why I like it now because all the front lips I have seen on the P2's just cover the corners and not the whole front so they look daft
    Thanks
