Not sure to be honest, compared to others its extremely slack/loose, am sure it supposed be harder to pull than what it is! Dear mr. KFC, I ain't done nout, numb nuts!

pop it off the waste-gate and give it a couple of turns (shortening it) and see if it has any improvement

does it need to be quite tight to pull over the wastegate, i have already wound it in 1 and a half turns, shall i give it a bit more? also, when booting it the boost gauge goes to about 0.7 bar but when it changes gear it goes to 1.4 and then returns to 0.7 bar, it is literally for a split second, is this normal for an auto, or any car for that matter?

might be worth trying a different bcs on it, if you have one or know someone who has one you can try
