After getting home from work today started removing the standard 850 manifold and fitting the S60R inlet manifold.
2 1/2 hours later all fitted and ready for a test drive.
After taking it for a short test drive the car seems to boost quicker
Will go for a longer test tomorrow as now I could murder a beer and something to eat.

did you do anything to try & match the shape of the ports on the 850 block to that of those on the manifold?

Been running this set up for a while now and It has made a difference.
1. Has stopped the car from back firing in 3rd, just back fires in second
2. At 70mph on the standard manifold the "tim" boost would read a vaccum of 0.5 when lifting off the throttle but with the ME7 manifold it reads 0.75
3. the boost has increased to 1.2 bar ( not sure if this is a result of the ME7 manifold )
