That's the way I'm going with the black trim, as in away from grey.

Liking the brakes, I've got big rear brakes to go on as well, but still keeping the original look.

Shame you can't get any of the original ohlins suspension with remove damping adjustment

Yep black and yellow looks so much better than grey and yellow im really happy I managed to drop on the original and genuine upgrade 320mm brakes as even the 302's can look lost behind 17's.
Ide love to get a set of ohlins to finish the car off I truly don't know which way to go at the moment the suspension is all standard and as its more of a weekend car just to enjoy with the odd drag race I might just keep with the original suspension or at least the R springs and just get a good quality set of dampeners

Car really does look amazing, massive amount of effort your putting in!

    Ohlins would be quite something.

Pete, I would forget about ohlins suspension, I looked into it in depth a while ago, even calling them direct as the supply our jaguar track cars and it was in the thousands, lots of them too, there are a few original sets floating about in Sweden but they are like rocking horse poo and reluctant to sell to anyone outside Sweden. Good luck

The Ohlins struts and shocks are great, but suspension technology has evolved a bit since they were new and, while they arent as kool, there are a lot of newer 'better' options available.
That said, I picked up Ohlins fronts locally from a wrecker and spent quite a lot of time trying to source parts before rebuilding them. I do understand the appeal.

piece of flat glass, brush some clear gel coat (you could probably get away with just using resin) two or tree layers of CF and that should do it.
