It's alive well don't no till I get it on road and give it some beans so yesterday give it a quick wash to get most of crap cleaned. Can anyone tell me if the roofs on the ex plods are viynal as this one seems to have its roof viynaled then decided to conquer the the etm. Took etm off and was clean on intake side but not engine side so got it cleaned up and fitted it back in today left ignition on for a while and battery went dead so got it started and seems to run fine idles well give it a rev up to 3000 rpm then it went down to around 600 then up to 1300 then set steady at around the 800mark is hopefully its sorted that out for a while took the crappy resprayed plastic trim off the front bumper hopefully getting black replacement soon and it has same on door does anyone no if that comes off same ase front bumper or is that glued on.

So going to give it a good hover out and see what the interior is like freshened up.

Even tho it has a whole in that wheel barrow handle exhaust it does sound rather nice might see if it can be modified to look nicer and whole fixed

Pulled crappy resprayed white bumper panels off need a new bumper as this one doesn't seem to fit

Matt white pannel that needs respraying

What looks like vinyl coming off roof

    White crappy bumper strips

Need to cleanup engine bay mate is going to make me a a proper air box to fit around air filter need to get hold of a air feed as their isn't one

I've got an airbox and OE air feed you can have for postage mate
I'd check that maf to turbo pipe too, they're prone to wearing through on the concertina bits.

The roof does appear to be wrapped. I had to wrap mine as the repaired holes kept letting water in and trashing my headlining.

Looks like you've got quite the project ahead, keep the updates coming

10/40 semi it is mate. Change it every 5k or so.

The roof lining sagging is a result of a leaky roof, probably the reason the roof got wrapped (same as mine). Changing the lining isn't difficult, if a little awkward.

The box in the roof is a mass-movement sensor for the alarm. I superglued it to the headlining as it kept falling out and bashing little M-R-P on the head lol.

In front of the mirror stalk, on the light unit, there's a triangular bit of plastic, prize it open (it's hinged) underneath is a couple of torx screws, undo them and pull the light casing off.

The above depends on which type of light unit you have (there's 3)

Done a good few jobs over the past week or two made a fair bit of progress even tho looking at the car you wouldn't think it got the standard exhaust on after a lot of hard effort and swearing but enjoyed doing manly thing such as making sparks ha

    Mate Andy feeling very manly

Took the crapy r badge of the back as well it isn't a r and replaced it with a moose and a Viking sticker I had laying around the house

T cuted bumper and cleaned grill up then dropped it on floor camera is crap on iPad so it isn't bringing the changes to body work up properly

Give wheels a good clean up aswel

    It's so quite now
