nealevo 3" down pipe fabrication with pics

a long time ago nealevo gave me a straight flanged down pipe to copy and in return i build him one. today i finaly got my rear end in to gear and got things moving. not 100% happy the jig it needs some tweaks to make it fool proof. but almost there. any way heres some pics so everyone can see what gose into making a 3" down pipe.

On the straight flange I found with most 3" ones the bracket needs to be removed for fitting but will fit back in once the down pipe is bolted up, with the angled 3" down pipes they fit lovley with no need to remove it

I was kinda wondering how you'd get around that bit. There must be a way of either making or buying one?.
